The finial has been later mounted on a silver stand and attached to a marble base. Â The finial is made by Paul Storr (1771-1844) – an English silversmith working in the late 18th and early 19th century making both simple works for tableware up to magnificent sculptural pieces made for Royalty. Â Paul Storr is one of the best known English Silversmiths.
The finial detaches from the base.

Measures: Â 7 3/4 inches high x 2 1/2 inches square base.
